How would you assess your sales leadership team's effectiveness in coaching and development at Slalom? Based on your experience with the sales leadership, would you recommend a sales role at Slalom?

I would not recommend a sales role at Slalom. There is a lack of competent leadership. They treat older employees  differently than younger employees. HR has been weaponized and conducts “investigations “ when you ask for help. This company is spiraling downhill.

I would not recommend a sales role at Slalom. They are having an identity crisis trying to be a big consulting company but being run by founders like they are a staffing company. They are moving from what made them unique...the local delivery model to a near and off shore model. HR is used as a weapon against the staff. Run...don't walk from Slalom.

Sales people are treated like second class citizens at Slalom. The typical sales team leader is nothing more than an administrator, many are ex delivery people who have been given a sales title. Its the single biggest reason Slalom is in a downward spiral

Mixed- I have enjoyed my time here and done well for myself,  however being a true "self-starter" is what's required. You won't get a lot of coaching or training and there really isn't sales leadership. EX there is no CRO or VP of sales at Slalom.   That said, you get to work with very senior folks (usually) who help make a lot of the sales motion in partnership with you.
