Current Employee As an account executive at SmartAsset, I must express my disappointment with the company. Unfortunately, not all employees are treated equally, which creates a sense of inequality and favoritism within the workplace. The lack of a fair and transparent system for promotions and rewards only adds to the frustration. Moreover, the overall atmosphere at SmartAsset is one of chaos, with disorganized processes and constant changes in direction. This makes it difficult to focus on delivering quality work and achieving goals. I had hoped for a more supportive and structured environment, but unfortunately, SmartAsset falls short in these aspects.
