My experience at SmartAsset was not a good one. They brought me in to consult on an initiative only to get rid of the CRO and the initiative I was consulting on. Additionally, the data security measures were lacking in security and the lead generation service provided was very disingenuine for their end consumers.

The company raised quotas in order to not pay people commissions. OTE might as well be imaginary along with the unrealistic quota. Only 10 reps hit their quota each month out of 60. Constantly firing people. Took away 401k match and yearly bonus to save money. Raised quotas to save money. If a client quits within 3 months they will claw back that commission out your...Read More
