The role has required more work around repairing customer satisfaction issues rather than upsell/cross-sell initiatives. The variable comp plan is not in alignment with similar roles in the industry and includes a cap.

Working here was great in the beginning, loved my boss and all of leadership. About 6 months ago, we got bought out by a new private equity firm and they got rid of all leadership/C-level and replaced them with people from the PE firm. Since this has happened the company has gone downhill. Reps that weren't on track to hit quota (but hit 130%+ last year) were put on...Read More
