Led by an inexperienced VP of Sales who thinks we can snap our fingers and create 8 meetings a week ( we enter meetings in excel and most people are dishonest) Most of the US team is at 20-30% of goal and some went 12 months without a sale. People constantly being let go

VP of Sales is a revolving door there. Strategy changes constantly. Leadership does not listen to feedback from sales on the front lines on what is actually happening.
