Forcing company culture to extent people feel uncomfortable - emphasis on having to take part in out of work get togethers. If you don't go people feel as if you don't like them - very childish. Also constant backstabbing with everyone feeling their position under threat and a need to prove themselves.

Biggest flaw is the lack of career growth. SDR's usually stay for 1-1.5 years and then become an AE elsewhere.

VP of Sales is a revolving door there. Strategy changes constantly. Leadership does not listen to feedback from sales on the front lines on what is actually happening.
