- AI by name only. Not a true AI company, as they have no R&D in actually building a true AI product. - Impossible quota - Leadership is not receptive to any Strategic Sales activities. They want AEs to smile and dial 40+ calls a day. - Sales training is basic entry-level sales. Nothing related to execution or advanced sales. - My manager is a complete bureaucrat and not interested in elevating their individual team members. - zero company culture. It is driven on fear, threats, and gaslighting.
