Leadership and product market fit are both great. Definitely lots to look forward to in the near future but base pay is lower than market average in the BDR role. Company is growing fast and the tech stack has every tool to make your job easier with a high demand of inbound leads. Seems like almost 100% quota attainment across the company and they just landed some big partnerships to build up more demand. Highly recommend if you are interested in the Ai market.

A lot has changed at Smith.ai. There used to be copious leads and full calendars, but after a rampant hiring spree and leads being spread thin, plus a rush to market with a new product AND comp plan changes... it ain't like the good ol' days, so to speak. Still a lot of future potential here, though, I will say that much and the people are really great.

Amazing - great place to work, fantastic culture and leadership. Tough scaling issues to tackle but it was truly one of the best experiences of my entire career.
