Former Employee2.7Aug 12, 2025Very poor. They cycle through reps very quickly. The leadership of the sales team and overall leaderships care towards the sales team was poor. Would recommend proceeding with caution before working in a sales role at SB.

To make matters worse, they retaliated against a black woman for complaining about racism within 5-6 hours of her complaints going to HR.
