If you're in a sales role, they change the comp plan quite a bit which is very frustrating. However, they do have the best lease-to-own product within this sector.

Culture is great, but it's very fly by the seat of your pants, there is a lack of accountability from management. And SLAs are never kept

Don't work for this company. They haven't been the same since their reorganization in 2020. Every year they to increase their performance metrics and lower compensation packages. Many times, they never paid out on what they promised. Poorly ran from within and the outside sales reps and AEs are directly affected.

My overall experience has been a positive one. Leaders have been great for the most part. Compensation is good if you’re hitting sales goals. KPI core metrics are fairly attainable.
