Current Employee3.1Nov 21, 2024Great company and culture but high turnover in employees especially at the management level.
Former Employee2.7Feb 29, 2024My overall experience was bitter sweet, we had a couple really strong years of revenue success and then hit a major road block with our sales cycles extending past our forecast and our solution not becoming relevant enough to replace incumbent during a tough economic year with high interest rates.

Former Employee3.0Feb 1, 2025Executive leadership lacks strategic direction. They develop products without alignment with customer needs, use cases and market demand. They do not rank well in Gartner or Forrester and therefore do not enjoy the benefit of a reputable company. Zero credibility. Management is a joke, full stop. High turnover. Low morale.

Former Employee2.6Feb 2, 2025Snaplogic is not a bad company, but the product and culture just seem "dated". Marketing is not good. Product works well.
