Once a great culture and well supported team, but leadership panic in face of market fluctuation damaged this a lot. Unrealistic judgement of product superiority also led to pricing uncompetitive pricing.

It was great until it wasn't. New leadership started taking over, comp plans never came out, and it made sense moving on. I can't help but think about what this company could have been.

Industry leading company with great internal support. I have the autonomy required to do my job the way I see fit. Management is open to my ideas and there’s a fair amount of upside.
