Comp plan was one of the worst. It was a tiered plan and given attainment was low, it made it even worse. Good inbound lead flow but not enough to grow the team. Snowplow will always be a niche offering.

Surprisingly low options given as part of signing. Product is good, but only selling well in a highly commoditzed niche because of a bad decision of their biggest competitor. The party could be over quite fast unless the org manages to learn to sell to other use cases.
