Former Employee Social Solutions was a great company for years. Once they merged with other companies to create Bonterra, everything went down hill. New management had no clue about the nuances of selling to the target market. Unrealistic quotas were set and they lived in a dream land where they thought they'd continue to see the explosive growth that Covid19 created for years to come. When they realized their mistake and found they were hemorrhaging money, they had 2 rounds of layoffs including many of their top talent. All of the things that once made this company great are now gone.
