Great initially, eventually devolved into marketing attempting to revamp the sales process, over hiring for account teams, no one attaining quota, and rigorous pricing exercises that required 4 people to produce a pricing proposal. Things are unorganized, people are stretched thin and quit because of burn out, and leadership leverages a pervasive form of micromanagement that makes everything feel difficult.
