Horrible Culture and is a churn and burn environment. Many organizational changes leading to randomly letting people go with no explaination.

Very immature sales org that has a hard time delivering for its customers. It's not a terrible place but meh at best. Some (very few) are successful

Under-invested in inbound. Sellers forced off of accounts after 1 year. Politics in this company are divisive and toxic. CEO lacks vision. Avoid.

Softserve does not know its identity. Sellers give feedback on what they need, and they take away the tools that help them be successful. Inbound leads are almost nonexistent, and there is little to no inside support. Presales are a bottleneck, and simple contract negotiations take a long time. Legal is located in Ukraine and not in the United States. Many hurdles.
