More QuestionsWhat is the usual career progression for sales team members at Softchoice?The Base Comp/Salary definitely looks below market and compared to peers - has Management made any efforts to address that? To be fair the Diversity scores are great - so maybe the management team isnt asleep and can actually make some changes?
