Softchoice culture is great, though the compensation and benefits are weak. Acquisition by WWT hasn’t led to changes yet, but will. Softchoice currently struggles with internal workflows and back-end ops.

Overall Softchoice was a good company to work for during my time there, with a slight move away from the great company culture towards the end of my tenure.
