The base pay is low, but comparable to other VARs. Accelerators and SPIFs pay you well, and don’t have many caps. Great benefits.

Former Employee3.0Jun 19, 2024Awesome first place to work out of college, until recently. Company changes focus with major partners every 6 months. Somewhat easy to climb levels and develop a book of business but many senior reps leave withing 3 years of tenure.
