Best place to start your IT sales career. Worst place for competition and long term growth. However, people stay for their culture and often leave because of the low compensation.

Pretty good so far, only have been in for 6 months. Working on 2 current deals, one came from prospecting and the other came from the client requesting the project. You meet with you team in the morning and afternoon 4x a week, and have alot of support. Questions are also welcomed which is great in the culture.
