Could be good as a first job in IT to stay and learn the basics, but if you have some experience and want to grow and make money - better look elsewhere, this is not the place.

Great leadership, growing company, lots of diversity, and work-life balance. Full-time remote work is a small challenge as colleagues and clients are throughout Canada and USA.

It really depends on the team/manager. It's nice because you get paid on renewals and can count on run rate. Commission is around 6% however and base salary is low. The culture used to be great and I know other teams are happier than ours. It's also a public company so we are under a lot of pressure.
