SolarWinds is very hit or miss depending on your team. I started with a great leader but unfortunately this didn't last as strategic direction and leadership does not align with productivity or world class programs.

A very frustrating place to work. Has its ups and downs like every other company. However middle / upper leadership are unwilling to make any needed changes or fight for their reps, or even what is right. Regardless if you are a performer or not, you will not be valued.
