The company and leadership are great. The product is advanced and ahead of the competition, but the UI makes the tool really hard to sell and quota attainment shows it.

Good at first. Inbound lead gen is not equitable across the team. The product is all about finding a needle in a haystack. If you find them, you basically have a deal, if not... A lot of you hitting your number will be out of your control.
