Former Employee3.4Jan 31, 2025It was fine but our team was pissed off because they hired us all remote then told us 2 days in we had to work Hybrid. Our manager was a majorrrrrr micromanager which no one liked. They also kept changing the commission structure. It was a newer product so I get the learning curve on this one. They were always transparent about it so I appreciated that.
