In 9 years my overall experience has been positive. In the past 2 years there has been a change in leadership in the Maryland market and the culture has become rotten from the top down. Sales are asked to do way too many non revenue driving tasks and it takes away from time to sell and consult with your clients.

Job safety in this market is very strong as this position is a Union position. An ever changing industry has its high’s and low’s, but is never slow. Room for advancement can be limited.
