good experience, the money was not worth the amount of stress i incurred. This company is very division/manager/ route dependent. All three of those were bad for my position there and I didnt see a clear path to promotion because of it. This is why I left, I would potentially take a role back with this company if those three variables were different.

There is not much room for growth, especially if you start off on a higher billing route. Commission is capped and unless you're hired at a higher base salary, the potential for an annual raise is capped as well.
