Comp plan changes initiated in May 1923 severely limit hi earners and pay potential. one quota for all reps, regardless of territory which are not the same but expectations are the same if you’re in a small town rural or big city suburb.

You were given a territory within driving distance where you could go sell in person. Many time I would close deals on the spot.
