Spectrum SMB salaries are falling behind. Comp plan changes initiated in May 1923 severely limit hi earners and pay potential. one quota for all reps, regardless of territory which are not the same but expectations are the same if you’re in a small town rural or big city suburb.

After working for 9 years with Bright House, Charter acquired them and they became Spectrum. From that day on, the downward spiral started. This job used to be an incredible intro to an SMB sales role. The ability to make life changing money in the comp plan was removed starting in 2022 with a revamped comp plan that was recently changed again to attempt to salvage what was possible but doesn't come close.
