After working for 9 years with Bright House, Charter acquired them and they became Spectrum. From that day on, the downward spiral started. I literally decided while attending presidents club that the new culture was not tenable and decided to make my exit. I was the first one to go and shocked a good number of people. Best thing I ever did. Do NOT put up with poor management, there is something better out there. If the pool of reps out there didn't tolerate BS, the management wouldn't be so terrible. Know your worth people.

SMB channel specifically, comp is fair, policies really favor the employee in terms of performance management/comp/etc. More work on sales than normal but they're working to address it, lots of automation coming online finally. Comp is a little anemic, but budget excellent. A good place to hang your hat, and sometimes a really good long-term fit for some.
