Okay base comp, great commission structure. Not many hunters survive/hit quota - only the top 10%. No inbound leads at all - every deal is self-sourced.

The "leads" you receive are worthless. You will be going door-to-door all day every day, but if you get out there and do your job, you will make good money. Also, the benefits are good.

People are good, but our biggest competitor is Spectrum itself. This is outside sales. First to ink means you can work a deal, but if a call center rep calls and gets them to sign, then you lose the deal.
