Culture trending down. Lots of people leaving. Too many middle management bloated salaries with no power to execute or introduce effective strategies to increase sales in any way shape or form. Adopting more micro management quantity over quality behaviors. SMB sector up in flames. Don’t apply unless you want to be micro managed and told exactly how to structure your day. Majoring in minors.

Very consistent and stable. Sales management is fair but tough each month. Training and development opportunities are always available. Talent development and retention in sales is good. Spectrum would rather train and develop than lose good employees and retrain and ramp.

After working for 9 years with Bright House, Charter acquired them and they became Spectrum. From that day on, the downward spiral started. I literally decided while attending presidents club that the new culture was not tenable and decided to make my exit. I was the first one to go and shocked a good number of people.
