SMB channel specifically, comp is fair, policies really favor the employee in terms of performance management/comp/etc. More work on sales than normal but they're working to address it, lots of automation coming online finally. Comp is a little anemic, but budget excellent. A good place to hang your hat, and sometimes a really good long-term fit for some.

After working for 9 years with Bright House, Charter acquired them and they became Spectrum. From that day on, the downward spiral started. I literally decided while attending presidents club that the new culture was not tenable and decided to make my exit. I was the first one to go and shocked a good number of people.
