This is a high turnover, highly active job. Spectrum pays its leaders very poorly and is usually less than front line reps make at other companies

Oversaturated market in Los Angeles leading to some sales being “not kosher” if underperforming. Lack of mentorship. Other than those two things, I have loved my experience so far.

Overall, it's a very good organization, they train you up and you get a generous base for starting out, and it's a great entry level role. However, it can get repetitive.
