Split’s got a great product-market fit and good, hard-working people. The executive team cares. However, the upward growth/ promotion track is nonexistent and full quota attainment is scarce.

Split is an extremely challenging place to work in sales. No one is making money, morale is low, and new GTM leadership doesn’t understand sales.
