Too broad a product, executive leadership doesn’t know where to focus. Currently there is zero sales leadership: VP of Sales left, both Lehi managers stepped down to individual contributor roles. The manager in San Fran just quit, went back to our competitor Verkada. Now hiring!

I worked with Spot AI for a while and, although I was quite successful there, there was a lot of turmoil with company culture and most of the reps really struggled to succeed. Turnover was very high and there was frequent sales leadership changes that really hurt the company and culture.
