Great culture. Fair compensation. Territories differ so products need to match market better. Quota unnatainable in certain markets so lots of turnover is certin markets

SpotHopper has incredible leadership and tons of growth opportunity. The culture is fast-paced and supportive, and high performers are recognized. That said, the commission, salary, and bonus structure for managers could use a refresh to better align with the demands and impact of the role.
