My experience was very poor! Pay is competitive but it is a very toxic environment. Leadership are not real leaders. They are 26 year old puppets doing the CEO’s bidding. Zero transparency and lots of favoritism. If you are willing to sell your soul to the devil than you will be rewarded with a manager position. But be careful what you wish for . Most of the Leadership team feels bullied , overworked and undervalued too. It’s just not a healthy environment.
