The company is in the POS business and leadership is kind of a joke , they only talk about their main competitor and say how they used to do thing when they worked for that competitor . Training is above average , but we were told in training that out of 20 people only 2 would be around in a year and only 9 people made it out of training !

It’s unfortunate that leadership would rather spend all of their time investing into the bells and whistles on the product side vs cementing a proven, repeatable sales strategy to continue to win business in this competitive industry.
