Current Employee I've been st SpotOn for less than 4 months. At first, it was promising, solid base, ok comp structure (not great to begin with) and a culture of supprot.
Im still in ramp, on a new hire team, our manager is clearly in the hot seat, and now we have to suffer. If you are closing out the gate, and have an existing book, this is the place for you. Even if your top of funnel numbers are overall ahead of quota on a EOM look back; miss getting one less opportunity then your supposed to in a week, even in ramp; your written up.
The sales advice and direction is generic. And your manager will be spread to thin to give you meaningful and truly great advice.
I wouldn't say don't work here. Only do so if you have very easily transferable book. They said during the interview, its 75% leads given vs 25% self sourced. Its all self source, leads they give are terrible and hardly actionable.
Be cautious.
Leadership: pay attention to the unusually high turnover, and look a the common denominator: management.
