Please do ask questions about how you would be set up for success especially if you are interviewing for a role in the international team (ISG):

ISG has an extremely low quota attainment with only 1-2 Account Executive exceeding quota in the last FY 2023.  This is partly due to hiring the wrong type of people for a hunter role i.e. former renewal manager/partner managers/those who are more used to big companies. This is really weak performance given that everyone was focused on saving costs during those 12 months

Spot has not been innovating as fast since acquisition by NetApp. There are many other extremely strong up and coming players including NOps, Zesty, Cast AI, Cloudkeeper. It will be extremely hard to close deals as they catch up.

Leadership is weak and does not understand that the world outside USA is different from USA and why the performance will be drastically different

Weak partners outside of USA and UK. In the past month, 4 people from the international partnership team including the leader have left or been let go.
