It’s an easy role for some and quota is easy to go over once you learn the ropes if you put in a little effort. 70k is the OTE but I’ve cleared that every year including my first.

Biz ops, finance, licensing, support, all treat sales agents terrible. In my 4 years the company not only trims the comp plan heavily, they consistently try to hide the changes and management is told to sell and obscure the plan changes to their agents. This company is as turn and burn as it gets, they would rather not pay you renewals and just get someone else in...Read More
