Current Employee Great things: You can work from anywhere and the base isn't terrible. There's great potential in the product but it is not developed well enough towards the Spryker sweetspot, B2B Marketplace Commerce.
Cons: C-level is all over your deals as there are not enough deals. This creates a very toxic culture where micro-management is very common. Overall the word around the company is that the C-level needs to change. There are no clear territories. Many have been laid off recently. There is no clear communication from leadership down to AE level. We have struggled especially in the US market which is very competitive.
