been here over a year. inbound team is relatively small, so most emphasis around cold calling and outbounding. Dont think theres a strong marketing budget for inbound leads

Goalposts will move every quarter. Leadership will blame lack of direction and market traction on individual reps. Managers are just babysitters - not strategic, motivating or dynamic and looking to deflect blame wherever they can.

I love working at Square! My managers have been amazing and as long as you do your job you’ll easily hit OTE, the only issue is the OTE for this role is getting less and less competitive as other companies raise salaries and OTEs to reflect inflation.
