- reps joining the biz now are AE generated outbound not expansion + no inbound in EMEA so hunter mentality is a must - targets can be v aggressive, even the top reps can struggle to hit target (2/9 reps hit on my team last Q) - plenty of amazing and smart people in the business, everyone willing to help out and line managers are excellent people who have done the job and work alongside you. - a lot of the business is still transactional/relationship heavy (inventory, specific solutions) etc, not great if you want improve sales craft/deal cycle expertise - you get $1500 for upskilling/external training which is awesome because enablement training is average. Like most enablement they teach concepts, not winning tactics. And this is a crucial thing to underline, you’ll be measured on net new business and activities/dashboards without much to teach you the skills needed to approach outbound with intention, it’s mostly good product training you’ll receive
