Have been through several organizational restructures with this company and pay/earning potential has declined with each. As account sizes grow to meet and exceed quotas so does the workload. The compensation is not worth the work/time/effort put in. Things have gone downhill heavily after the new CRO was hired in the previous year which has led to super aggressive growth goals without the compensation to match.

Needs better management, hires managers with no experience. Unfair and indiscriminate quotas that are predetermined annually and then split up amongst teams and geos.
