Excellent experience. Great company and very strong outlook. Have been in the industry for 10+ years and have worked for some of the most respected DSP’s in the space. The key difference about StackAdapt is that the entire tech stack is built in-house and works extremely well together… It works. And if there is an issue, there is a specialist team to quickly address and fix. The other thing that may be holding StackAdapt back is that a lot of employees have been with the company and long time. This is company is the only experience they have and don’t understand how this platform actually stacks up against their competitors. Many of the reps and managers started as BDR’s and lack the leadership skill or sales skills to operate at the top of their scope.

My overall experience was fine. There are some great people at StackAdapt and there can be solid opportunity, however, your experience will depend heavily on the manager you end up with. Additionally the quarterly quota setting process can lack transparency at times.

Consistently inconsistent. Revenue initiatives and processes changed frequently and often do not work as expected. Previously, AE's were expected to sell to new and existing clients.
