Current Employee Consistently inconsistent. Revenue initiatives and processes changed frequently and often do not work as expected. Previously, AE's were expected to sell to new and existing clients. In 2026 the expectation is full net new, however, leadership has unofficially started this expectation now, while still preaching growth and expansion. There is no support from a BD or SD team, and no proven playbook for success. Only ego stroking. Add in to that near constant AM churn due to bandwidth issues in the Client Services team, and most people are serving the functions of 2-3 roles.
Merit increases are laughable (2%) and the new "job architecture" plan is a means to keep everyone at the most junior title possible with no justification.
