Top tier solutions and services. Constantly innovating and expanding offerings. Middle management is incredible and they truly care about you and want you to succeed. CEO and c-suite leadership is terrible, constantly changing directions in GTM strategy. They go through 1-2 massive layoffs/restructures every year, even when revenue teams hit their targets. CEO is a great visionary but not good at growing the company.

Overall great product to sell with a good market fit. However in a highly competitive market. Leadership can be a bit powerless as CEO is very involved in all functions. Comp plan has become more complicated than necessary.
