Top tier solutions and services. Constantly innovating and expanding offerings. Middle management is incredible and they truly care about you and want you to succeed. CEO and c-suite leadership is terrible, constantly changing directions in GTM strategy. They go through 1-2 massive layoffs/restructures every year, even when revenue teams hit their targets. CEO is a great visionary but not good at growing the company.

Product market fit is unbelievable. Teams and individuals are extremely hard-working and talented. Still operates/feels like a start-up in the lack of process and how often change occurs. Feels like it's lacking "grown-up" leadership that's done this before.
