Great company so far - lead flow has slowed down and hiring has increased. But Staffbase is the leader for internal comms software at the moment - constantly innovating to stay ahead of the pack

Culture at Staffbase changed drastically. It used to be a supportive and helping sales org, now it's a dog eat dog culture where the new sales leadership has their favorites they brought with them. The quota was increased heavily and quota attainment is very low. That combined with a 50/50 split makes for a very unpleasant experience as an AE.
