Company lacks desire to develop talent and reward high potential, high performers. Layoffs every 6 months with entire orgs being cut so you're constantly looking over your shoulder. Allergic to diversity at every level of leadership, too many cooks in the kitchen

The leadership on the Customer Success team is horrible. They over work the staff and would rather get ride a dedicated team members than address toxic management style. Leaders are not held accountable and they retaliate against staff who a vocal about poor treatment.
